A date that will remain in the hearts of all of us who are part of ILUSIONARTE. On 8th May, we had the pleasure of sharing two unique projects in Lomas 4 with friends, clients and professionals from the sector. We are truly grateful to everyone who joined us. The event created new synergies, fostered meaningful connections beyond our borders and opened the door to potential future collaborations.
It was an exciting day that allowed us to showcase our latest work in this privileged, elevated location between Fuengirola and Benalmádena, within the prestigious setting of El Higuerón. Two clearly distinct residential concepts that converge in their commitment to appealing contemporary design — where, from the architectural vision to the most subtle finishes, every element has been carefully chosen as a standard-bearer of wellbeing and beauty.
Each project represented a new opportunity to achieve that natural aesthetic language, defined by style, harmony, light and the liveability of each space, which has always characterised our studio.
Undoubtedly, working surrounded by modern designs and privileged views of the Mediterranean invites one to dream of interiors infused with the bright, sophisticated lifestyle of the Costa del Sol. Enhancing spaces to improve people’s lives has always been, and will remain, our starting point. With our designs, we aim to captivate at first glance, while also convincing through careful attention to functionality, safety, efficiency and adaptability to the specific needs of those who inhabit them.
Two projects with their own identity.
The show flats featured during this Open House each offer two bedrooms, a terrace with solarium and breathtaking sea views. In one, we opted for light-toned furniture and straight-lined decorative elements to evoke feelings of comfort and warmth. In the second property, we chose darker, more organic tones and rounded forms for their timeless character and calming appeal.
Lime mortars placed at the entrances of both homes added Mediterranean personality, while providing value through their biodegradable, breathable and disinfectant properties. Each with a different decorative finish, they captured the interest of visitors in equal measure.
